Personal Statement
Dr. Babatunji Adepoju is a senior lecturer. He is an experienced academic with several Discourse-related publications, national and international, straddling grammar, phonology, stylistics, semantics, and pedagogy, all of which intersect in exploring how linguistic structures, sound systems, and stylistic choices contribute to meaning-making and communication in various contexts in Nigeria. He is a member of the International Society for Language Studies (ISLS) and the Pragmatics Association of Nigeria (PrAN).
